By purchasing from Vitora, you’re not buying ownership of a product — you’re obtaining a license to use our mockups within the boundaries described in this document. Each purchase represents your agreement to these terms.
Vitora Mockup grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital products for personal and commercial purposes.
This includes:
Presenting client projects and design portfolios.
Using mockups in marketing materials, websites, social media, or brand campaigns.
Creating internal or external design proposals for commercial purposes.
However, all intellectual property rights remain with Vitora Mockup and our contributing creators.
You may not:
Resell, share, or distribute any Vitora mockup in its original or modified form.
Upload or offer Vitora products on other marketplaces, repositories, or file-sharing platforms.
Use Vitora mockups in any product where the primary value lies in the mockup itself (for example, reselling templates or bundles that include our files).
These rules are designed to protect the integrity of our work and ensure fairness for all users. Any misuse or redistribution of Vitora’s digital assets may result in license termination or legal action.
Your trust is our priority. We collect only the information necessary to deliver your products, process transactions, and provide ongoing support.
This includes:
Basic contact information (name and email).
Transaction details processed through secure payment gateways.
Analytical data used to improve our website experience (never personal or identifying).
Vitora uses industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing to protect all sensitive information. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except for verified service providers (such as payment processors) who enable secure order completion.
You have the right to request data removal or modification at any time by contacting our support team.
Because Vitora Mockup sells digital products, all purchases are considered final. Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
We encourage you to carefully review the product details before purchase. If you experience any technical issues—such as broken links, file corruption, or incomplete downloads—please reach out to our support team. We’re committed to ensuring you receive the correct files and full access to your purchase.
Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases where a duplicate payment or critical technical error has occurred.

To ensure fair and transparent use of our assets, we offer three types of licenses :
Portfolio, Commercial Mini, and Commercial Pro.
Please read the details below carefully to choose the license that best fits your project scope.
1. Portfolio License
The Portfolio License is intended for designers and creators who use Vitora mockups exclusively for personal or self-promotional purposes. This license is not suitable for any form of paid, commercial, or client-related activity.
Scope :
Company size: Unlimited.
Perpetual: Rights granted under this license never expire.
Unlimited personal projects: You may use the mockups in as many non-commercial projects as you wish.
Non-transferable: The license belongs solely to you and cannot be shared or transferred to clients, collaborators, or third parties.
Non-exclusive: Vitora Mockup may grant the same license to other users.
Global usage: Valid for use worldwide.
Permitted Uses :
Personal projects: Use mockups for personal studies, design exploration, or concept development.
Portfolio and self-branding: Showcase your designs on personal websites, portfolios, or presentation decks.
Organic social media sharing: You may post mockup-based visuals on up to five personal or professional social media accounts, as long as the posts are organic (unpaid).
Competitions and academic work: Use mockups for design competitions, workshops, or academic submissions.
Internal presentations: Include mockups in internal decks, client pitches, or proposals that are not part of a paid commercial engagement.
Prohibited Uses :
Sharing mockups or derived designs directly with clients.
Using mockups in commercial projects, paid advertising, or promotional materials.
Selling, redistributing, or incorporating mockups into products for resale (e.g., prints, posters, templates).
Using mockups in apps, software, or templates intended for redistribution.
Transferring rights or usage to clients or third parties.
Example:
A freelance designer uses this license to build a personal portfolio, share work organically on Instagram, and include mockups in a concept presentation to a potential client. These mockups may not be used in paid campaigns or shared with the client.
If you are purchasing mockups for a client, ensure that you have written authorization to do so on their behalf. Otherwise, the client must purchase a license directly.
Companies with over 500 employees must use a Commercial Pro License for any social media, website, or online use.

2. Commercial Mini License
The Commercial Mini License is designed for individual professionals or small businesses (up to 5 employees) who need Vitora mockups for a single commercial project or campaign.
Scope :
Company size: Up to 5 employees.
Perpetual: Rights granted do not expire.
Single project use: Mockups can only be used in one defined commercial project or campaign.
Client usage: Clients may use flattened or exported content (e.g., JPGs, videos) as part of the approved project deliverables.
Limited distribution: Up to 5,000 printed items for non-resale purposes.
Non-exclusive: Vitora may license the same mockup to other users.
Global usage: Valid for use worldwide.
Permitted Uses :
Internal and client presentations related to the licensed project.
Display in portfolios, websites, and social media (organic or paid).
Use in e-commerce listings (e.g., product mockups for online stores).
Paid advertising campaigns across digital and print media.
Printing up to 5,000 units of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, or apparel.
Collaboration with influencers or affiliates within the scope of the project.
Prohibited Uses :
Sharing or distributing editable mockup files.
Using the mockup in multiple unrelated projects or campaigns.
Printing more than 5,000 items without upgrading the license.
Use by companies with more than 5 employees.
Example :
A small bakery with three employees uses this license to design branded packaging, run a social media ad campaign, and produce 2,000 promotional flyers.
3. Commercial Pro License
The Commercial Pro License is created for medium to large businesses (up to 50 employees) that require extensive usage rights for a single project, including unlimited printing and advertising distribution.
Scope :
Company size: Up to 50 employees.
Perpetual: The license does not expire.
Single project use: The mockup may only be used within one defined campaign or project.
Client usage: Clients may use flattened or exported visuals as part of the related campaign.
Non-exclusive: Vitora may grant similar licenses to other users.
Global usage: Rights extend worldwide.
Unlimited distribution: No limit on advertising reach, impressions, or print runs.
Extended rights: Includes limited integration into software, templates, or games (provided files are non-extractable).
Permitted Uses :
Representation in e-commerce stores or product visuals.
Unlimited paid advertising across print, digital, or social media.
Unlimited printing for promotional or merchandising purposes.
Out-of-home advertising such as billboards, displays, and transit ads.
Collaborations with influencers, partners, or affiliates.
Digital or app-based use where mockups are integrated and non-extractable.
Prohibited Uses :
Using the same mockup in multiple unrelated campaigns.
Redistributing or reselling Vitora mockup files.
Use by companies exceeding 50 employees.
Example :
A creative agency uses this license for a global rebranding campaign — including billboard ads, product packaging, social media campaigns, and promotional merchandise.

Vitora Mockup reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual or entity found violating our license terms, redistributing our assets, or misusing our intellectual property. We actively monitor for misuse to protect both our creators and legitimate customers.
All mockups, images, and content displayed on Vitora Mockup are the exclusive property of Vitora and its contributing artists. These assets are protected under international copyright laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or imitation of Vitora’s digital products is strictly prohibited. This includes altering and reselling mockups under a different name or claiming ownership of derivative works created from Vitora’s assets.
Vitora Mockup regularly updates its product catalog, license terms, and policies to ensure quality and compliance. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after such updates implies acceptance of the revised conditions.
We also reserve the right to remove, modify, or discontinue any product without prior notice.
Vitora Mockup provides all products “as is.” While we take every measure to ensure quality and compatibility, we are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or software issues arising from the use of our mockups.
Your use of Vitora’s products and website is at your own risk. By purchasing or downloading from Vitora, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vitora and its affiliates from any claims or damages related to product usage.
